The community property includes the Lake Superior waterfront, the entrance to Redridge Creek and the road, Easy Street. All owners will receive the deeded easements to the additional waterfront walking trail and also the trail to the neighboring commercial forest lands.
This allows for very affordable waterfront. Property tax and ownership is split between the owners creating very affordable waterfront from purchase to yearly property taxes. The road Easy Street is also co owned so the winter plowing fee will be split between owners making it also very affordable.
Redridge Creek is located from the top of the hill on Freda (Liminga) Road heading into Redrige, the North/East side of 1st street heading towards Lake Superior and then crosses 1st Street to include the waterfront portion. The walking trail can be accessed from Easy Street between Units 7 and 8 and then on the lower level at the end of 1st Street.
